The Worst Feeling
The worst feeling in this world is to feel abandoned, to feel left alone...
The worst feeling is to loose your self confidence and for self confidence some spend many many years to build up.
Luckily or not these types of feelings are not uncommon for us. But there is a problem when you only see or hear the negative aspect of a criticism, of a discussion and these negative feelings keep on lurking for some couple of days.
We are all entitled to our opinions, the problem is in the way we express them.
Sure, art in its various forms, speaks for and to many of us. The downsize is that in real life we need to communicate daily, without art.
Fewer are the persons which understand you, but fewest are the ones who genuinely want to listen to you. Just listen to you, without watching the clock or/ and without having to get paid. And it's not a bad thing. We are not all able to communicate with others.
And I am not mentioning the language barrier.
There are people to whom you open yourself up to; even though they could be totally strangers, it might happen that you simply have a connection. They get you.
The bottom line is that from time to time we all need lessons in humanity, tolerance, smiling, appreciation, lessons to jump for joy when we see geese flying or a seagull floating on water:
We get so caught up in work that we forget about our loved ones, we get so caught up listening to others and helping others that we forget the most important rule: put yourself first, so you can help others.
We become so impatience sometimes that time is passing by and we have the feeling that life simply goes on and one and we are not moving, and this weird dark feeling brings nothing positive.
When it feels so sad to be sad... simply start over as many times as you need to.
