The Art of Stressing
You hear the beating of your own heart. You feel a rush invading your being.
Your heart is pounding so fast that you think it will burst out of your chest.
Then... the rhythm is steady, you inhale, you exhale and you say to yourself that what shall be it shall be; no reason to exhaust your mind and body with such nonsense!
Look towards the sun... and... meet some friends! It's so much better to share with your friends your fears of the unknown and the hopes for the future.
Not exactly sure if it's better to share your fears of a certain event, when that event occurs, or simply talk after that certain event took place.
Either way, fearing the unknown, being tense and stressed about a future action, it's just our brain being ahead of present. We tend to freak out and get restless with no reason, before even that (future) action took place.
Some people find relief in their hobbies, some simply keep on stressing - that's how they are and it's o.k., some burn down the stress with a run, playing football, swimming and so on.
When the sun goes down - no matter on which continent/ islands you might find yourself right now - you should have no regrets about your day, about your thoughts and about the words you spoke.
Celebrate each day, because it's slowly taking you closer to fulfill your dream(s).
