The Art of De-stressing

The Art of De-stressing

Since our daily lives aren't filled 100% with happiness and sometimes we simply forget to relax, I strongly believe that we should find ways to enjoy the nature around us.

One of the ways I like to get rid of stress is going in a park. This is the best choice towards the end of a busy week. So, grab some friends, especially one you haven't seen in 4 (plus) years and go out for a nice stroll.

If you live in Munich or plan to visit Munich, the park of the Nymphenburg Palace is a fairy tale location, especially in spring. Not only it is 200 hectare,

and close to the Botanical Garden, but also it has a couple of nice places to sit and enjoy a drink

or grab something to eat.

While strolling in the park you'll encounter American Coots (their feet always amuses me),

ducks,

swans; if you're lucky you'll get to see squirrels and I am sure also bunnies; at night most likely the hedgehogs will come out.
