- doubt about reaching a certain age: simply think that age is just a number and if you'll feel young, you'll look young;

- a smile on your face while you're talking to people: you'll make them feel good and they'll be nice to you;
- not figure out by now what you want to do with your life: it's o.k., don't stress, you actually still have time to figure it out;
- a job that makes you feel tired or miserable: either try focusing on the positive (maybe you get free coffee/ you have a nice boss/ you get to meet new people everyday/ your colleagues are super nice people), either find another job;
- lost your trust in somebody you (thought you) knew: take it easy, people tend to disappoint us sometimes;
- wrote back to a friend and he/ she didn't replied: don't jump to conclusions, they will answer back some time, this year;
- had too much wine recently: it only means it was yummy;
- littered on the street: don't do it again;
- been focusing on the past: it's probably because you're a bit clueless and you have no idea what to do with the present;
- felt comfortable in a new city/ country: it's most likely because you like it;
- given up on your dream(s): it's because you got caught up in your daily routine;
